This is truly the best keto breakfast salad!

4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut into wedges
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 cup baby arugula
2 spring onions, chopped
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon avocado oil
In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes with the eggs and the other ingredients, toss,
divide into smaller bowls and serve for breakfast.
