Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cubed
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and roughly cubed
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the spinach with the tomatoes and the other ingredients, toss and
serve for breakfast right away.
