Shrimp and Olives Pan
This is a perfect breakfast idea!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup black olives, pitted and halved
½ cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
2 spring onions, chopped
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ cup heavy cream
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the onions, toss and cook for 2
Add the shrimp and the other ingredients except the cream, toss and cook for 4
minutes more.
Add the cream, toss, cook over medium heat for another 4 minutes, divide everything
between plates and serve for breakfast.
