Parmesan Asparagus
This is a style keto side dish worth trying as soon as possible!

Ingredients:
8 asparagus spears, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup veggie stock
½ teaspoons sweet paprika
¼ cup parmesan, grated
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium high heat, add the garlic
and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add the asparagus, stock, paprika and lime juice, toss gently and
cook over medium heat for 8 minutes more.
3. Sprinkle the parmesan on top, cook the mix for 2 minutes more,
divide between plates and serve.
