Paprika Napa Cabbage

Ingredients:
4 cups napa cabbage, roughly shredded
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 spring onions, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika½ cup veggie stock
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the spring
onions, stir and sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add the cabbage and the other ingredients, toss, bring to a simmer
and cook for 18 minutes more.
3. Divide the mix between plates and serve.
