Garlicky Beef Bowls

1 pound beef, ground
2 shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato passata
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup black olives, pitted and halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 green onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ tablespoon chives, chopped
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the shallots, toss and cook for 2
Add the beef, toss and brown it for 5 minutes more.
Add the green bell pepper and the other ingredients, toss, cook over medium heat for
12 minutes more, divide into bowls and serve for breakfast.
