It’s so tasty!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
8 eggs, whisked
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ cup mozzarella, shredded
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the spring onions, toss and sauté
them for 3 minutes.
Add the eggs mixed with the cream, salt and pepper and stir into the pan.
Sprinkle the mozzarella, on top, cook the mix for 12 minutes, divide it between
plates, sprinkle the chives on top and serve.
