Chili Cauliflower
This is so delicious and very easy to make at home! It’s a great keto side dish!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4
1 pound cauliflower florets
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley, choppedDirections:
1. In a roasting pan, combine the cauliflower with the other
ingredients, toss and bake at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes.
2. Divide the mix between plates and serve.
