Chicken and Peppers Mix

This tastes so divine! They are so amazing!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4
1 cup red bell peppers, cut into strips
1 pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless and roughly cubed
2 spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tomato, cubed
Salt and black pepper to the taste
¼ cup tomato passata
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the spring onions
and sauté them for 2 minutes.
2. Add the chicken and the bell peppers, stir and cook everything for
8 minutes more.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a simmer and cook over
medium heat for 15 minutes more stirring often.
4. Divide the mix between plates and serve
