Cheesy Turkey Pan
It’s an easy and tasty lunch idea for all those who are on a Keto diet!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 big turkey breast, skinless, boneless and cubed
1 tablespoon tomato passata
¼ cup veggie stock
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots, chopped
¼ cup tomatoes, cubed
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the shallots and
sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add the meat and brown for 5 minutes.
3. Ad the passata and the other ingredients except the cheese, toss and
cook over medium heat for 10 minutes more.
4. Sprinkle the cheese on top, cook everything for 7-8 minutes, divide
between plates and serve for lunch.
