Serve this with a steak!

1 big green cabbage head, roughly shredded
2 shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup veggie stock
½ cup tomato passata
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the shallots and
sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add the cabbage, stir and cook for 3 minutes more.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss, bring to a simmer and cook
over medium heat for 10 minutes more.
4. Divide the sauté between plates and serve.
