Beef Salad

1 tablespoon lime juice
2 spring onions, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 pound beef meat, ground
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup baby spinach
A pinch of salt and black pepper
½ teaspoon hot paprika
¼ teaspoon chili powder1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add the shallots,
garlic and spring onions, stir and sauté for 5 minutes.
2. Add the meat and brown for 5 minutes more.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss gently, cook everything over
medium heat for 10 minutes more, divide into bowls and serve for
